Bertram Caruthers "Buzzy"

Bertram Caruthers, who goes by “Buzzy”, has been playing for more than 20 years and coaching for six years.  Coach Caruthers has been personally selected by coaches and team players to provide coaching instruction in clinics and camps such as KU clinics, UMKC clinic and many others around the country. Coach Caruthers has provided countless hours of individual skill instruction and workouts.  He has a substantial amount of experience and knowledge in running and has participated in numerous basketball camps and leagues across the country.

He earned a State Championship while playing for Sumner Academy along side former Jayhawk Jeff Hawkins and former Kangaroo Brandon Lipsey.
